Horrible. Their business model is to shift customers into expensive "emergency repair" visits after stringing them along for two weeks with tales about how a tech has a family emergency, or that a specific type of tech needs to be assigned. When the tech shows up, they are incapable of performing the most basic apprentice level troubleshooting. See Yelp, Google, BBB reviews for additional information. I will be filing a customer fraud complaint with the Massachusetts AG. They have 3 existing. I refused to be blamed for a problem caused by equipment I bought from them. They have tried their criminal and unethical practices on the wrong person. I fully expect them to try and drop me as an account. It will not change my focus of ensuring they feel an economic impact for the problems they created. Stay away from Martel.

Clyde Hayden Jr and/or Clyde Hayden bid on a family members job over 4 years ago. We suggested them (father and son). They received over $4000.00. Moved and changed phone numbers. Did not have HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTORS LICENSE. Have been unable to find them since. BEWARE

I have known the company since its beginning, having grown to be an excellent enterprise.
The experience and knowledge of its technicians is comparable to none other.
They are punctual, work diligently and are very serious.
I have recommended Martel to many tenants in my condominium in Wellesley and they are all extremely happy and satisfied.
They go far and beyond in order to help and solve any issues related to the air conditioning system.
I wouldn't dream of having someone else deal with the AC system in my apartment.
