Mr. Nielsen is going to design the building you want. The question is: can you afford it? He goes to great lengths to find out what makes you (and your family) tick and designs to your specifics. He actually gets more out of you than you knew you had.

He came highly recommended by our realtor...past projects included Opera House, San Francisco International Terminal, a project on Stanford, work on the Apple headquarters, etc. etc. etc. We were worried he wouldn't take the time or care about a house remodel. We were wrong. A note of caution... his fees are competitive but what he drew turned out to be very expensive on a square foot basis. Now we had a say in it but his designs are so tantalizing you get sucked into going over budget. He was accurate in his estimate for construction but... all in all... we shouldn't have built it. Not quite a knock on him but maybe I'm just venting.
