    Build a house in the back

    When Manuel show up to give us an estimate, he made sound really good and convinced us to let him do the job, he was given us ideas and picture how our back house will look like and he will build this and that and so and so, and we told him we had open permit from the city that needs attention and he said do not worry I will take care of everything and said you will be very happy with what we I do , well is being a year after they finished their crappy job and I’m still dealing with the city because they didn’t take care of all the permits as he promised us ,and left unfinished wall cracks they forgot to do a window and I had to pay extra cash so that they can do it, one of his workers run over my wife’s puddle dog, they left dirt basically they didn’t finish the back house the right way or professional and manual did not offer us a contract , ,,Email only, ,,,,at the end his son Jonathan did one but for the garage only, and had to pay extra for the garage since he was already working on our house we had to pay extra for it, even though Manuel had agreed to take care of it, but at the end they wanted more money, and did a so so job in the garage if you need proof just show up to my house and you will see how they left it. 1610……….
