I've had the house painted 5 times in the 30 years I've lived here and this was by far the best paint job. Oscar, Nixon & Edison were careful, well-paced, respectful and thorough. On the house, they took down the copper downspouts, did an extensive job scrapping & power washing, then primed any bare wood and gave the house 2 coats of paint. On the shutters, they matched the paint color, did an oil-based primer coat then 2 regular coats, and amazingly, replaced any worn out hooks (I provided). They also repaired 2 window sills and did some bondo work on the front alcove for a reasonable additional fee. I will definitely use them again. Ask for Oscar's team; he was never pushy or irritable, listened well (good english) and always followed through
