We would not do business with Noble again.
Their employee/representative, Mr. Cusick, came and assessed our damage and sent someone to clean and repair the carpet.
The gentleman Mr. Cusick sent explicitly told me, as he was leaving, he cleans carpet but really doesn’t do repair. The carpet is clean but the repair was substandard (and as of this writing, is now coming up in spots). Not pleased, but the carpet was not new. The repair was bad but serviceable and so we decided not to press the issue.
After picking out replacement linoleum for the bathroom, we attempted to contact Mr. Cusick but received no response. After sending multiple texts, emails and making phone calls to Mr. Cusick, we sent an email directly to Noble, and were were told that Mr. Cusick was no longer working for them. No one had attempted to contact us prior and let us know, leaving us wondering why weren’t we given another company contact to work with or if they even know who their clients are.
Mr. Michael Young, the owner of Noble, agreed he would return our full deposit to us. After more time of no follow ups, we sent another email through the link on their website. Mr. Young contacted us again and assured us he would resolve the issue. He seemed sincere and truly apologetic.
Believing him was a huge mistake. It is now late August, and we’ve received nothing but excuses and insincere apologies - we still have not been made whole. We are not rich and this money is needed to make repairs to our home. This irresponsible, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We will be pursuing other avenues to recover our losses and make ourselves whole. Please do your due diligence before working with Noble.

Took my $1000.00 deposit and then continually did a no call/no show. I have had to send multiple text messages, calls and emails to Mike with no response for days and no making things right. Meanwhile my 80 yr old parents floor is caving in and this money is to fix their floors...so sad! Companies and people don't keep their word anymore. I am currently STILL waiting for a reply as to just give me my deposit back so I can go fix my parents floors for them.

I hired this company a about a year ago to replace a shed, window, 2 doors, a fence and siding on my home. The fence was repaired well, the doors were installed and primed but not finished, the siding was torn off of my home and they started work on the shed. They told me they were having difficulty finding workers to finish the job and I patiently waited months while nothing more was done. Finally they told me they could start work again, asked me for over $3K for materials and when I asked for receipts for the materials, I was told the company was closing. I asked for my $3K back and have not received it. I am finishing the work myself now and found that the shed they started is not square making it difficult to put a roof on. I could have bought a premade shed for $3K and a fabulous one at that. I guess I have to take him to court now...I would rather not. Why can't people be more responsible with their customer's money? It will take me over a year to save that again and there is still more work to do on my home.
