Nordell Painted our house. Prep work was minimal, only pressure washed. That resulted in unsatisfactory areas in the finish. Also, while they used a lot of painted, the spray technique and back rolling was only average. They left roller material in the finish in multiple places and left significant "peppering" on nearly every wall. They were unwilling to resolve this issue and I am rolling the walls myself to correct the problem. Their work on the gutters left roller marks, drips and sags... for a company that promotes their attention to detail, this caught me by surprise. When I tried to address this issue I was dismissed as being too picky and expecting too much. This is what I get for not hiring the right people :-(
