Renovation of 100 Year Old Home
I hired Catherine Nored to assist in the renovation of my 100-year old home in King William. My goal was to add value and prepare the house for the next buyer. She was very personable and asked to have to several pre-meetings to learn about my goals for the renovation. Nored also had a strong relationship with the contractor and the crew members so she spoke directly to them regarding finish out and fine tuning of work in each room. Her design insight and color recommendations were top notch. She also understands current buyer trends and will seek the best solution for your home.
