I live in a Noreen Townhome, going on two years, perhaps the worst quality I've ever seen - looks great, but thats about it. And very non-responsible group when it comes to fixing issues. So far, we have had issues with the windows coming out of place, windows leaking, roof leaking, stairs cracking, caulking failing just to name a few. Then, when you contact them to get something fixed their response is always, contact the vendor - totally not acceptable for and expensive townhouse. All of my neighbors have had similar experience (4). When you contact them via email, you get a genetic response, from a 'warranty' mailbox with no name signed, no accountability, Then if you do actually talk to someone, they talk back, horrible customer service -very sad. I would never again consider buying anything made by Noren Development.
