Norm installed metal roofing on my house, made the panels too long and covered half the gutters, everywhere. After multiple visits from Norm a solution was agreed upon and he shook my hand promising to fix the job. I haven’t heard from him since? Apparently not a man of his word as I have left multiple messages with no reply’s. My next step will be to place ads in the local circulars to warn folks who are thinking of using him! Very disappointing and after doing other nice work?
