Worst experience ever. I needed a monument for my husband's grave. After several attempts and obtaining information from them regarding a headstone, and only getting a price but not much information regarding what I'd actually be getting for that price, I located my own blank headstone. Every interaction I had with Carole, the co-owner/secretary, made it seem like she didn't want my business. She was like, "maybe you could get that from some other company." So, I found my own monument and asked if they could sandblast the name and images into the headstone. At first, she's rudely asked, "What's the purpose of that?" Then she said no, they would not be willing to do that. When I asked why, she said, "I've already expended a lot of effort on this so, no, we wouldn't be willing to do that for you." So, just FYI, there are very nice people down at Bras and Mattos (mattosmonuments.com) who actually take time to discuss what it is you want and need for this very sensitive situation and don't treat you like you're bothering them!
