The electrical upgrade in the basement of our building resulted in 3 units being cross wired. Electrical work in one of the units ended up in half of the plugs losing power. The radiant heat system that was installed by the same contractor was not properly insulated and was bleeding heat into the basement instead of heating the floors in the unit. Besides not sealing the pipes the contractor ran the system on a low efficient water heater as a cheap solution which made it lose even more heat. The plumbing work outside the building was done using flexible rubber coupling instead of coupling having a metallic shield which is required by the Uniform Plumbing Code section 705.4.2. when installed above ground. Use this contractor at your own risk.
