I used North Salem Electric in the past, they were good, however, when I called Todd for another job, he seemed very aggravated by my call. You would think I owed him money by his attitude. Nevertheless, he said he would do the job, then never returned my calls the day he said to call. This put my project and other contractors on hold, and my project fell behind because of his unprofessional no show way of doing business. I am completely done with Todd, I'll never call North Salem Electric again. My recommendation is do not waste your time with North Salem Electric, find another company that will keep appointments and actually do what they say.

I have used north salem electric on residential as well as commercial jobs , and i will say Todd and his guys are wonderful.!
They did our restaurant our and guest house /barn . We wouldn't think of using anyone else . Thanks North Salem Electric ! -

Todd Armbruster told me he would call me to fix an electrical problem before he came over--this at 9 am. I waited the entire day and into the evening. He never bothered to call me at all. Am without electricity in my kitchen for a second day. Stay away.
