The M4 team and Especially Tom Grimm seem to get more money from insurance companies than anyone else. I don't know what it is, maybe just the matter of fact way Tom approaches it. When I run into hail damage on my own jobs I tell my clients to call M4. More than several got a settlement where before there was none.
