My family had a horrible experience. This man is completely unprofessional. He told us several lies, such as stating he submitted plans to the city when he hadn't. He never kept a deadline, failed to notify us of setbacks, and literally IGNORED our calls. In fact we had to call from a blocked number to finally connect with him and get updates on a project we PAID HIM TO DO! He should have his license revoked. What a joke!

Horrible experience!! Run if this man is doing business with you. Lack of knowledge, unreliable, terrible communication, liar. Took our money and di not deliver. I gave him so many chances, took 6 months to submit plans and that's after I nagged every week sometimes multiple days in the week. All in all avoid at all cost!!
