Early in October I hired Jose from Nova Home Solutions to move me from PA to NJ, the night before the move the price changed. Come moving day they only moved half of my furniture leaving the other half in 2 separate storage units. After unpacking my things I find they had broken my tv which 3 of them could not put on the tv stand they had taken it off of. My dining room table has a gouge in it and several boxes contained broken items including a Waterford Vase that although well wrapped they managed to break.When I contacted Jose 3 days after the move, I was pretty much told “tuff” bad business attitude, buyer beware! I had written this review, been begged to take it down that reparations would be made. Come the time of our appointment, Jose was a no show, nothing was done to right these wrongs and he wasted my time waiting for an empty promise. I would warn anyone against using this gentleman, very unreliable and most unpleasant.
