I hired Neal to add a full bathroom to my basement in March 2020. I had the area cleared out by the end of April 2020 for him to start. For 5 months I kept getting excuse after excuse why he didn’t show up. He was given $1500 to start the job for supplies. Some supplies were delivered to my driveway and sat there for 3 weeks before my new contractor moved them. No communication given to me about why he didn’t show up. Buyer beware! He will take your money and run!!! Very unprofessional!!!
