Was done in a rush. Concrete mix was wrong (too wet) Fiberglass reinforcement was not added. Cureing agent not added. Brushed finish was a mess. Warranty papers were not given per contract. City permits were not posted (if obtained at all) Poor communications from the first.. After work was paid for, Cortez Jackson will not answer calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Subpar work, no warranty whatsoever, does not install per building codes or local city codes, left me with a $7200 crooked slab in the setbacks that will not suffice building on as it’s also too low to grade (no sub grade, but still charged me for it) and not machine finished and was charged for that too. Pick any other contractor for your residential or commercial project there are literally hundreds of others in KCMO.
