  Bathroom

  I had a bathroom remodel done by Ben Nye and his team this past summer. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the work was! I had a very good idea of what I wanted as far as flooring, tile and a vanity, but there is so much more to consider like lighting and wall texture, that I really had no clue and was glad to have the expertise. The remodel is really well-crafted and no corners were cut to, “get the job done.” An example of this is as Ben was laying the flooring he discovered if he proceeded, there would have been an air pocket or bubbling. He stopped, pointed it out to me and took the steps to even it out. I am so proud of the work and I’ve shown it to friends and family more familiar with the remodel process that agree the work is really well-done. I found them moderately-priced and true to the estimate. They are lovely people that respect your space while the process is happening. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

  Laundry remodel

  $35,000

  Working with Ben was a great experience and we were lucky to find him after we experienced some water damage. Communication was consistent through our laundry room remodel and I appreciated how on the ball he was with everything. He continuously checked in and did not let the project stall. We are very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend working with Nye Home Repair!

  Bathroom fan installation

  We had a bathroom fan installation which was handled efficiently and professionally, and included a city permit for a very reasonable price. Ultimately, they were able to do the work sooner than originally estimated, which was great.

  Bathroom remodel

  I feel very lucky to have found Ben to remodel our bathrooms. He’s honest, easy to communicate with, and makes recommendations that suit our needs and budget. His work is of high quality and is done on schedule. What amazes me most is how considerate and organized he is. Usually I have to remind my contractor about minor things that yet to be attended to. But not Ben! He remembers every little thing! And of all the contractors I’ve used, Ben’s job is the cleanest and neatest. I highly recommend.

  skylight installation

  Ben installed two skylights in our living room. The room did not have a vaulted ceiling, so Ben had to go through the rafters in the attic and drywall the well into the room We are so happy with the results! And as impressive is Ben's work ethic and care for his clients. Ben came over to scope the work, and from that point everything happened as planned. The project was completed on time and communication was timely and professional. Ben is an honest, stand-up guy who does amazing work and cares about his clients. Thank you Ben!

  Ben Nye and Cale are fantastic. They do an excellent job, they are professional, trustworthy and their rates are reasonable. We had no problem with them in our home while we were gone to work, and that is saying a lot. Ben's word is his bond, you can count on him to do what he says, he gets it done in a reasonable amount of time, and the workmanship is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the city of Davis codes and knows what needs to be done. Look no further, turn your work over to Ben and relax. We definitely will use Ben Nye Home Repair again.
