DO NOT BUILD WITH OAKDALE AT THE RESORT! You will regret it! We have been in our house two months and in that time have had an Irrigation leak (resulting in $700 water bill), sewage leak (The VP Mark came out and figured it out after weeks of headaches and stress), roof leak (still not fixed-waiting on re-stucco and paint), Leak from upstairs bathroom to bottom floor, Had to fight to have fence fixed and I can go on (don't get me started on the build process-NIGHTMARE!!). Steve the builder is the WORST I have ever experienced. He will minimize all issues and still mess things up. They will say these things sometimes happen when building, but never did we have so many BIG issues when we built the first time. They do not build a quality home. The only quality part of building with Oakdale is Candace (the sales rep) she is very nice, but unfortunately, she is not the one building your home. You've been warned!
