Pete and his guys are beyond Amazing ! My husband and I hired Pete to repair our roof and completely repair and remodel our bathroom . Pete went above and beyond either of our expectations , to help us and fix issues we weren't even aware of with our roof and bathroom floor (severe water and structure damage) , he kept my husband and I informed about everything good and bad throughout the entire process .

Stay away from Ocean Breeze Property Management! Hired Peter Albo to paint the interior of our home. Paid for 2 coats of paint per room. The owner of the company only did 1 coat. We asked him to come back to fix the mistakes. He came back with more paint but it did not match the other paint. All the “touch ups” are 2 shades lighter than the wall color. He has refused to come back to fix the issues and told us to sue him. Here are some photos of his work. He also used the semi gloss trim paint to touch up the ceiling. All the photos are after he came back once to touch up. All his employees are day workers and don’t actually work for him, he hires them off of Craigslist. Had about 10 different workers come to our home during the whole project. We have paint on our new carpet, wood floor, and tile. He put the refrigerator back before the paint was dry. When we replaced the fridge, it ripped a hole in the wall. Very unprofessional and disrespected my 83 year old mother in law who was paying for the job.
A 2 week project took over a month. Job was never completed. Owner cut open our AC supply line and immediately started yelling, it’s not my fault, your house isn’t to code. Then told us that we couldn’t repair the problem, the unit had to be replaced. Paid $5400 for 2 new units. They were not installed properly. They were installed in November 2023. April 2024, both units have to be replaced because they were not installed properly and caused both of our HVAC units to fail. The HVAC guy that the business owner brought in, did not replace the piston on the condenser units, causing them to explode. Filed a claim with his insurance and was told the claim was denied because the company was not covered for any type of contracting work. Then Peter lied to the insurance company stating that he offered to replace the line, which we were told directly by him, that they were unable to repair the line and use the same unit, as the coolant that our unit used is no longer available. Peter did not give us an opportunity or option to bring in our own HVAC guy.
