Lots of small issues that’s not a big deal now but will become larger issues in the next 1-5 years. A lot of the siding is buckling and looks like crap, a few pieces at the top has came off. Floor is very wavy in spots, almost all fixtures have had minor issues. (Shower faucets,sink, etc.) also whoever graded the property did a piss poor job and is in terrible shape. not to pleased with their quality of work considering their reputation around your county being pretty good. This house was building mid 2019 and has only been lived in for roughly 4 months now
