We purchased permanent lighting and were given faulty product or poor installation. The lights keep not working and it takes months for them to come out and assess or fix the situation. Last issue was reported to them 7/3 and they did not come fix it until 9/20. Still currently waiting for our lights to be fixed and last communication was 2/2 and we reported the light failure 1/4.
