WARNING for people in Brick and surrounding area. DO NOT use Carl & Angela Lacerda from On The Level Renovators, LLC.Brick, NJ. They stole our deposit, tore up our yard and quit the job when he found out his bounced check made our permit INVALID. Seaside Park is waiting 2 weeks for him to make good on the check. He had his brother in law tell us he wasn't coming back, but never did he mention that the permit is INVALID BECAUSE HE IS A CHILDISH, UNPROFESSIONAL THIEF! Wish I could leave photos of what he left our yard like, a disgusting safety hazard. We cannot even find someone to continue because of the permit issue. AND THIS GUY THINKS WE OWE HIM MONEY! He owes us our whole deposit back, but insists we owe him more money for a permit that is INVALID. DELUSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. See you in Court!
