Optimal Holding Inc, aka Roof Top Factory was retained by our company to provide a pergola and operable bifold doors for a restaurant in DC. Unfortunately their end product did not match what was to be provided in their contract nor did the product match the shop drawings they provided for approval. The owner refuses to correct the doors that are a hazard and is now demanding payment. In addition we retained a national glazing subcontractor unbiased to the project to perform an inspection on their product. The report stated the product is not US approved and the quality and workmanship was subpar. We are simply looking for Optimal Holdings to remove their doors that are a safety hazard and provide a product that meets the Washington DC building codes. They can not provide a product that meets these standards and now refuse to take our calls or respond to our emails.
