Carl came out and gave 10 residents a bid to hook up their sewage lines, 4-5 who paid him to have a camera locate their existing lines. Received the bids which were reasonable and committed to him, all 10 of us. He started to move equipment in, and then took it back out. Giving several people different reasons why he was canceling the work for everybody involved, and some of us no reason whatsoever. After working several weeks to set this up, it is very discouraging to see it all go down the drain. I would recommend not getting involved with their outfit unless you have lots of time to waste.
