After receiving outrageous quotes and runaround from the home warranty folks I decided to cancel the home warranty and go with Exact Temp. Kenny is extremely knowledgable, breaking it down for me so I could understand and gave me various options without pressuring me one way or the other. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedules and was able to replace both AC units in a day. The best part is the trust and communication. Being able to leave the house and have them lock up without having to worry about anything is huge! These kinds of relationships between customer and company rarely exist anymore. I will never use anyone else! Exact Temp (Kenny & his team) is as good as it gets!
