DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We were lied to from the very start. Jack Smith should be out of business. They are quick to take your deposit but will have terrible communication all the way through the project. Jack is the type of contractor who only shows up to collect money. He used incompetent subcontractors while we were lied to and said he had his own crew. We had problems at every step of the way. To start, Jack does not have a pool builder license. Our project had a 6-month completion date but took 1 year. He took my money for landscaping but never did any landscaping. Their tile work was terrible, and they had to come back 4 times. We waited for shotcrete for months; he sent electricians after that, and they ended up busting 2 pipes and jackhammering shotcrete to install lights. They plumbed our pipes backwards so hot water wasn't going to our hot tub. We waited for months for a concrete truck to pour our walkway and they ended up using a concrete mix that looks terrible. Jack, you took $5,000 from me for turf that you never installed and I want it back. I'm taking you to court unless you cut me a check. I'm also reporting you to the R.O.C. There are plenty of good pool builders out there, do not use outdoor luxury living.
