This contractor is licensed and is highly capable of handling design and construction.

Do not use this contractor. He is NOT licensed by any agency and he will walk off your job with your money. He walked off of a job for me with $6000 of my money unused. He says he is licensed but trust me - I have researched it - he is not! He actually has 3 offenses against him in SC and can never receive a contractor's license in this state again.

This contractor is not to be trusted. Do NOT advance any money to this contractor. In fact, do NOT use this contractor. He does not stand behind his word and will leave you with unsatisfactory work and he will take advantage of you.
