Jason Anderson Owen
Owner
I heard from a friend that Jason Owen was reliable and a good worker. Called him a couple of times in Nov 2013 and after a few weeks he finally returned my call. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived and surveyed the desired work. He asked me to send him a detailed list of required repairs and I emailed him the list. Owen's was busy and he agreed to start the work shortly after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving I emailed him and called him several times trying to reach him. It is now Christmas 2013 and I've never heard from him and am now required to hire another contractor. Owen seemed like a nice man but based on his inability to communicate and honor his commitments I would recommend finding another contractor. Owen wasted a couple months of my time while I'm trying to prepare my house for sale. Basically a flake as far as I can determine.
