By JanaApril 25, 2020Multiple projects remodeling our mobile home$25,000
April 25, 2020 discovered why the trim on the windows was peeling off. Evidently the windows they ordered and installed were too small. Their remedy was to take some plastic trim with a blue strip of two sided tape to cover up their mess. Since the window and frame were about 1/2 inch difference in width nothing was holding their trim to the frame. Hence, the cheap tape gave way and their cover up trim began peeling off after 2 months! Crap, now I have to find someone to fix another of their messes! Too bad this site doesn't take pictures. As for rating one star...even one star is one too many!!!

Not an honest contractor. They don't give detailed estimates. They installed a window for me on rotted wood and then wouldn't do anything when it leaked. I had to get the State Contractors Board involved. They claim to do work on your mobile home, bill you, get paid and when you find out they didn't actually do the work they don't make reparation. They installed a used water heater on my neighbors mobile home which failed soon after.

It was a very unprofessional horrible work I had just bought a mobile home without knowing about all the flooring problems, we had soft spots through out I wanted the sub floor reached I was told over and over it wasn't necessary and that I only needed to have the weak spots fixed, prior to placing vinyl /laminate flooring, I expressed my desire and concerns about wanting the whole subfloor replaced and solid he was insistent it wasn't necessary and I would be wasting my money he said he has been working on mobile homes for over 40 years and knew what he was talking about and how to do it, he did do it his way, not mine spent a lot of money on the new flooring to have the same issues two months later soft spots and I don't know if that's the correct word, I know that's what they call them but there more than soft I feel there's huge rotted holes in the particle board sub floor, they did so much horrible work they left large gaps near corners and around doors, and there's a lot of places the planking are starting to pop up some spots in floor feel like I'm walking on a huge lump, I can go on and on they clearly didn't know what they were doing or how to do it correctly, I have so many regrets hiring them I now need to start all over and have my floor redone starting with the sub floor making it solid and safe as I wanted and was talked out of, then I have to buy all new flooring they cost me several thousands ( MANY Thousands, they money I wasted the first time and the money I need to spend to get it done right! If your considering hiring them look into them more there's no way I could be the only one they have done this too when your so unprofessional and incapable it can't be to just one person, or couple???
