Ben is a great guy to work with! He was very nice to us and polite. He came to our house after we contacted him and asked some information about new kitchen and how it works and cost. Ben brought to us some samples of counter tops, cabinets and floor. The work that he did with his workers is great and we can't ask for more. We know that those days it’s hard to find someone that can come over and do any remodeling project right and as expected. The kitchen that we selected was Oak color and the counter top was a granite that match that color. Ben recommended us a certain type of new floor that came out great too. We loved overall the nice details that Ben recommended to us.

We have just completed the remodeling of our 3 bathrooms with this company (Mainly with Sol and his crew of people). We are very happy with the result and the entire process itself.
We met, spoke and interviewed a lot of general contractors (5 to be exact) and at the end, we decided to select Pacific Construction & Design because of Sol's passion and the fact that they can work with our timeline best. Sol had high energy and excellent experience knowledge level which was honestly a little bit too much at times. But he was always on top of the project progress and texted/emailed/called I to keep maintain consistent communications. Michele, an interior designer, was absolutely a pleasure person to work with. She made things so simple to get and understand mainly the process of the remodeling including selecting the tiles, fixtures and all the finish materials. With her help and expertise, we only spent 1 day in the tile store, electricity store and few other vendors and did additional few online shopping. Everything in the bathroom looked polished and beautiful together! Throughout the process Sol's crews showed up on time, worked diligently, and were easy to communicate with. In particular the tile guy was very hardworking and detail-oriented. Towards the end of the project, a few minor items were not quite done to our liking. When we mentioned it to Sol, he had the crew fixing it right away and made it perfect. With all the horror stories you hear about contractors, we feel very lucky that we found Sol's team!

Our kitchen remodeling project is everything we expected for. The job that Pacific construction and design did for us included an outside wall that we needed to extend in order to add more space to the kitchen. David and his workers came to work every day including Saturdays (so it will be completed faster and according to plan. This company proved us that they are very professional with the capacity to handle anything that comes up. They were always on time and made sure to leave a clean work space at the end of the day. The job at our house included all the new appliances, cabinets, tiles, wood floors, granite, new lighting fixtures and new French doors including a new kitchen window. The job took 8 weeks and that included the replacement of a new sewer line that was in bad condition and needed to be replaced and replacing some damaged beams in the kitchen ceiling. We are planning to hire David for another project in the near future for few new projects that we want to do at the house.

Many thanks to Ben and Ori for the great kitchen that they did for us. It was a long remodeling that we did for a long time. The kitchen that we did included the new cabinets, new counter top (marble), Appliances (Ref, stove and Dishwasher), crown molding, and the hardware for the cabinets. Ben was the person that leads this remodeling at our house and he is one of a kind professional person. He definitely knows what he is doing and perfection was one of the things we noticed at him. Most of the work was done prior to the arrival of the materials and this gave the feeling of a contentiously work which is good. We didn't have any problem or conflict with the workers or Ben while they worked at the house.

I have utilized the wonderful talents of Ben from Pacific Construction and Design recently in redesigning my living room and paint the whole house including few spaces with special paint design. I must say that at the first time I met Ben, he made me comfortable, excited and happy about this project. Ben was warm and knowledgeable and practically very easy to talk with. He immediately locked into my style and type of look that I have at the rest of the house and he made so many suggestions that fit my lifestyle and style. In the living room, he recommended me to have a custom wood ceiling that will include stain and few nice wood designs that will have the living room very classy and unique. In addition to that, he helped me to select a wood floor that is ¾” engineered wood with cherry color that will match the furniture’s that I already have. The paint that he recommended me was mostly a solid colors combination in most of the house and in the living room he did a special texture paint. All the color combinations and style were beyond my expectations and it made me speechless. I highly recommend Ben and his crew of painters, carpenters, and workers very much. I can say that “if you are looking for a person who is genuinely interested in you and is enthusiastic about her craft and her ability to help you with your ideas. Sit back and relax.....there's no stress with Ben”.

With the great help of Oren from Pacific construction and design, we are now enjoying our house much more than before and mainly the kitchen and back yard. In the kitchen part, we wanted to do a complete remodeling after looking at some beautiful jobs that they did in one of our neighbor's place. We met with Oren, the general contractor, and we were very overwhelmed with his ideas and experience. During the first meeting, Oren brought with him some samples of cabinets and he also provided us with great referrals of places where we can go and shop for what we exactly want to have for our home. For each of the things that we wanted to have, Oren always found a way to make it happen. At the end of the remodeling, it all came out spectacular! Oren and Michelle (his designer who come up with all the good design ideas) and their in field staff were very helpful too they will do their participation to make sure that the remodeling project will be completed on time, budget and they will make sure that we are completely pleased with the work. More than that, they even came back a week after the project was complete and all of that in order to make minor adjustments and some nice touch-ups that were required. In the back yard part, Oren and his landscape team renovated the hillside yard and gardens. We wanted to expand the back yard by few feet and to have a nice deck with BBQ area that will keep us happy at the evenings. Before that work, all this space was a complete mess with just grass and nothing else. Oren was able to design a nice deck and he included a big stone waterfall and fountain in the side of where the expansion is. In addition to that, he planted for us 7 fruit trees, a flat lawn area and the 15’x15’ long deck with nice shade, installed the new BBQ cabinet as well as wooden decking. The back yard area is now transformed into the best outdoor space we can ever ask or dream of. And all of that because of Oren and his team of landscapers and hardscapers. We're very pleased with the result! We would highly recommend Pacific construction and design to anyone considering doing any work on their home.

Pacific construction and design did a complete kitchen remodel for us. We started by meeting with Ori at our house and by providing a detailed explanation of our requirements, desires and what we would like to have. The designer’s team from the main office of Ori did a great job with a computer 3D design layout of how the new kitchen will look like at the existing space which made it super easy to visualize the end results of the kitchen. The Pacific construction and design professional teams were easy people to work with, easy to communicate with and mainly they always kept us informed on what to the next step and stage of the remodeling process. Ori was able to offer a big selection of appliances that we can select from and all the price ranges that fit our budget… The end result was that the new kitchen was delivered on time and budget with a great modern kitchen that we enjoy on a daily basis. We just had Pacific construction and design come in and remodel one of the bathrooms and the kitchen and ordered our cabinets and countertops from Pacific construction and design. The finished product that they installed at the house looks fantastic and it’s the first thing that any of our guests comment on after seeing the new kitchen is the beautiful cabinets. We worked with Ben, the general manager at Pacific construction and design, and you could not ask for a better guy to this process. From our initial browsing and questions to choosing the style and materials to taking measurements, all the way through to installation, Ben was professional, educated friendly, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely cool. His estimate for the kitchen was pretty accurate and transparent (no hidden expenses) and he always kept his appointments and showed up on time!. If for some reason he needed to adjust the time or make a change, the office called us and alerted us immediately for any delay. Ben was also very accommodating when it came to our schedule. And since we were shopping around, he did match his price to the lower quote we found elsewhere. I cannot recommend Pacific construction and design and Ben enough – who ever will hire this company, will be in excellent hands if you decide to use their services for your kitchen or bathroom upgrade.

We hired Pacific construction and design to do a remodel our kitchen. Ben was the main contact and he was excellent in responding to any of our phone calls and texts. He provided us with an estimate that was comparable to rest of the 3 additional estimates that we got as well. Ben includes his 2 supervisors arrived to the house and provided us with so many ideas for a better layout, which included moving one window to a central location in the wall. The following day we noticed that there was a problem with that same window that required us to either leave the window, or to move the electrical panel and at the same time, to increase the total watts. Ben recommended us to increase the watts of the panel so it will help us in the future so we did took his advice and replaced it. There were few additional issues that also came up during the remodeling and Ben address them to us quickly. One of them was the uneven paint and a water leak from the kitchen faucet. Close to the end of the kitchen remodeling, we had a problem with the grout that start to come off and we informed Ben about it and we asked him to fix it. Ben did send someone over within a few days to regroup the area. After that issue that Ben made sure to fix immediately, we were able to use the kitchen and to enjoy the great design and implementation of the new kitchen. The workers did a great job and they worked pretty fast so it will be completed according to the original plan.

My husband and I hired Pacific construction and design this may do some remodeling work in our backyard for our home. We pretty much had an empty backyard and we wanted to turn it into a useful space. We decided to contact and hire Pacific construction and design based on some impressive photos we saw when we met with Ben at the house. Ben and his team were able to give us more than what we were expecting to have in our backyard. The stones and all the other patio features (such as Vinyl doors and windows, trees and stamp concrete floor) in the design that he did and met our modern style. The crew was excellent and professional. They arrived early each morning and completed the job tasks for each day in a timely manner. Even while the work was still in progress, we received great compliments from our neighbors and guests which made us happier than before. While Ben and his people worked on the backyard, we decided to so something light on the front side of the house by letting Ben design a modern look by incorporating several different trees, flowers, and rocks based on how the backyard start to look like. The crew did a great job. They finished the work as hoped for and in a neat, timely manner. As for the contract agreement, Ben and his office staff provided us with detailed bulleted documents and design drafts via email. Ben didn’t try to push us to sign and he made sure that the estimate covered everything and that we understand it before we sign. More than that, he asked us to even try and get an estimate that will show how comparable his estimate is. The work created by Pacific construction and design brought our home to a new life style level. Each day, we seeing and enjoying what they have given us! Thank you, Ben, crew and office staff!

I just completed a full remodeling at my entire house: kitchen, living room, den, back porch, bathroom, bedrooms, all the wiring in the house and the fuse switch box are being upgraded and replaced, my patio is being rebuilt and even areas of my foundation needed reinforcement. I am also having a new bathroom addition built. A daunting task, perhaps too much I thought. Not for Pacific construction and design. Project manager Ben showed me all the confidence I needed to see to turn this project over to him. Amazingly, even though this project is still a work in progress as I write this review, I have had very little questions as Ben has made it a point to explain everything to me. Because of Ben, I know what the construction guys are working on, how they are working on it and why they are doing what they are doing. Ben made sure that the architect will design the plans on top of oversee all the blueprints getting approved by the city and got all the building permits needed. There has been just a ton of building inspectors coming to my house and they have signed off at each stage of construction. I had a pleasure to meet and work with all the construction crew. They are very funny, professional, not loud people, playful, and mainly - respectful. I used to pass by in the morning in order to see them in the morning and later in the afternoon to see how much work they have accomplished. They are highly professional and I can see that they take a lot of pride in their work. I cannot ask for more. Pacific construction and design are a good company to my opinion, the project manager Ben is a professional and very intelligent person and one of the friendliest guys you will meet, and I cannot speak high enough about the construction crew.

We had planned our kitchen remodel for nearly a year. At first, we thought to do it ourselves and we start searching online, visiting several home shows and visiting local businesses and all of that in order to gather all the information we needed to know. From what we saw online and heard from others, we decided to call some contractors and we got at least a dozen quotes and offers, but no one really seemed to understand our needs and style or what we hoped to achieve with our vision. Then, we found Pacific construction and design. From the first moment we met with Ori, we were impressed with his past jobs, his professionalism and the time he took to really talk with us. Ori asked all the relevant questions and answers to all the questions we didn't even know to ask! Ori's did for us a design that helped and it was fantastic. It included all that we wanted to have in the kitchen. He was able to bring our vision to reality while making sure it would be beautiful, perfect & practical. Ori was also the project manager for our project and he was always available for us to answer all the questions and concerns that we had. The actual crew that worked at the house was fantastic and polite. We were honestly looked forward to seeing them each day. Very fast, they felt more like family to us than workers. They worked so hard and always with a smile. We didn’t hear from them even once about any complain or anything like this. The new kitchen has gone from a bad kitchen to a beautiful and it has been a pleasure to show it to our friends and family. We will absolutely hire Pacific construction and design again for future projects, but for the time being - we're enjoying our beautiful kitchen.

We hired Pacific construction and design to create an outdoor patio living space in our home. Ben and his workers were professional, organized, and very polite, offered a project plan, had an on-site project manager (Ben), and a team of well-seasoned, personable and talented sub-contractors who had worked together for years. They were trustworthy and communicated well throughout the entire project. There were never any surprises to the budget process and all was well-documented and shared throughout the progress of our project. We were able to work together as a team, sharing ideas, making any adjustments, and the results are a gorgeous outdoor space for my family to enjoy. We have great respect for Ben and Jacob. And, here is another example of how they stand behind their work -they just contacted us for a follow up even though the work has been completed a few months ago. They wanted to have a walk through the addition to reviewing any issues that may have arisen over the year since construction was completed so they could be fixed. I don’t know any contractor that offer such things to his clients. We will use Pacific construction and design for all the other renovations we plan to do in our home. We know they will exceed our expectations on those too!

We hired Pacific construction and design to remodel our kitchen. The new kitchen that we selected was USA made in oak color. David and his team came over to our house, measured and designed it from scratch based on our needs and requirements. David is great person to deal with. His knowledge and experience are great. He came over to our house several times to see how he can maximized the space and to work with our budget. The kitchen work started with the demolition and it was ended after a month of work. His team of workers did every stage in the remodeling without any problem. All the materials arrived to our house and there was no major delays or mistakes with the orders that were made by David and his office.
Thank you David and to your team for the great work you did at my house! The new kitchen looks awesome and functional.

I found this fantastic construction company almost by an accident, literary driving close by, and never regretted it. Few months ago I needed to renovate my kitchen and to make a very quick decisions on whom to hire to help with the design and with the actual construction. The personal at the company were very friendly and I was very lucky to find that my advisor, David, was available to take my kitchen remodeling project right away. We met a few times at my house, David explained me all details of all variations of the cabinets the company is working with, and I made my choice very quickly. The counter top was installed by another company that specialized in counter tops and David arranged a few meetings with the company without any delays and to my full satisfaction. The design part took very swift period and after few changes was approved and sent to production. The cabinets came directly from the factory on time and in good order and condition. David worked with workers, explaining them the details of the design and how it will need to look. We have chosen a contemporary cabinets for the new kitchen with several twists and new materials. By the end of the remodeling, the installation was very easy and painless, and I am very happy with the result. I love the new kitchen and I would highly recommend David and Pacific construction & design to anyone who needs high quality kitchen.

I wanted to give a heartfelt shout out to Pacific Construction & design and Josef in specific. No one ever wants to hear that you need a new roof, especially when you just purchased the house and the inspector did not inspect the roof properly. You can imagine how excited I was when I thought there was just a small hole on my roof only to find out there was a lot of things wrong. Not only did Josef come out and inspect my roof, he also gave me a full report on what was wrong and how he and his team intended on fixing it. This gave me confidence that I wasn't being a "sold deal" something I didn't need. Fast forward to the consultation on what to order. Not once did I ever feel pressured into buying something I didn't need, and in fact, Josef worked with me on the pricing as well as financing. There were plenty of options available and at the end of the day, I found myself feeling good about putting a new roof on my house. The price was comparable to the other ones that I was able to get by shopping around and the fact that he worked with me on a few things, really helped solidify my choice with Pacific Construction & design. The time it took for the roofers to finish the job was 3 days and the roof looks fantastic! I was so impressed that I actually had his team put on new gutters and a window treatment around the outside of my windows. Thanks Josef and Pacific Construction & design, you really made my house look amazing and I'm very pleased with the workmanship.

We recently remodeled our kitchen. We did both granite and tile back splash all around the cabinets. David was very prompt and professional. His workers craftsmanship was undeniable. My project was done in an impressive timeline and the finished product is flawless. The work crews were very respectful of our home and it shows that they take pride in what they do. I hired Pacific Construction & design to replace our bath tub and to replace the bathtub at my house. The bathtub that I selected was from a vendor that work with Pacific Construction & design and all I had to do was to go and select the one that I wanted. In Pacific Construction & design, I was working with David who was my representative from the company. He is a great guy to work with and he made this project very easy for me. The bathroom project took a week and the floor was the longest task in this whole thing. I’m happy I choose Pacific Construction & design Home Remodeling.

I have always been leery of contractors, not knowing whether they would try to take advantage because of my knowledge in construction and what need to be done I found Pacific Construction & Design online and had them to send someone to come over and see what I would like to do and to give me a bid on opening up the wall from my living room into my dining room. Pacific Construction & Design called when the salesman was on his way. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I was impressed by the way he listened carefully to exactly what I had envisioned for the project. He made several suggestions that were point on, and took notes while we chatted.
His estimate arrived quickly by email and the quote seemed to be reasonable, so I hired him. The workers arrived on time each day and worked more than a full day. Each night they cleaned up and tried to minimize the disruption that opening up a wall makes. The project took him a little longer than he expected but this was due to the fact that he is a perfectionist and insisted that everything be done "right" rather than "fast". The project turned out better than I had expected and he was able to creatively come up with solutions to some unexpected glitches (that were not his fault at all) that came up during the construction. He also insisted upon showing me all the receipts for materials so that I knew exactly what I was paying for labor and materials. He does not mark up material costs at all.
All in all this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and I have already contacted Pacific Construction & Design for additional work which he will be doing next week. He is professional, more than fair and more than exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Them and The services they offer!

My husband and I just had Pacific Construction & Design (Ben) upgrade the shower and floor in our bathroom. We met with Ben at our house and we found him very honest, professional and helpful. He had great advices and ideas as to what would work most in the bathroom. We were also happy with the estimate he gave us After we agreed to the price and design, Ben sent us his workers to do the work. The workers were supervised by Lupe. Lupe was on time every day and he had to replace some of the studs and to install new floor, as it was included in the remodeling. We couldn't have been more pleased... they did a great work, very detailed and cleaned up daily. We are so thrilled with this bathroom. We had no idea it would look so beautiful... I can't recommend this company enough.
