DO NOT give this company your business! I've been waiting almost a year now for them to finish my project and they are nowhere to be found. Look around at other rating sites and you will see the same stories as mine.
Total scam not deserving of even one star.

Back in March I was approached to expand my solar system, everything moved fast but it is now December, and the contractor/company have not finished the full installation, which caused the inspectors to not pass the system. Sunnova started charging for a system that is incomplete and that has not been approved by the city. I am paying for unfinished job and with no production of the system.

I would never recommend this company! Unable to activate solar because this company isn’t doing their job. Still incomplete after months of waiting, no help when contacted multiple times.

They installed solar panels on my home but never hooked up service with San Diego Gas & Electric. So now I've been paying for the loan on the solar panels and PG&E monthly. I've contacted them many times to resold this problem and they tell me they will look into it to have it fixed. Next month will be a year since I've been paying for the solar panels they arranged the financing for.

They started out great, but then did not complete the job. Now they won’t even return a phone call. We have called many many times to find out our standing on getting hooked up And they won’t return the phone call. They were great until they started getting paid and then they just dropped us with an incomplete job.

They quickly installed the panels and linked with loan company by asking to pay the loan and stated will reimburse the money. Called them with response, and we have paying the loan fee since November 2023. Contacted the loan office and was told that they just handling loan money without care about other issue. Would anyone shared your thought about how to solve the problem. Which department we need to report to? Thank you
