    Build me a home. New construction07

    OMG!!!!! Can't believe house is almost ready . Just stopped by today and peeked thru the windows. Carpet is installed and driveway is prepped for cement pouring. I have to acknowledge my gratitude to the people responsible for erecting this wonderful home for me. First of all Janae Olsen the best realtor there is. She is one of the best realtors around. She's so knowledgeable in her chosen profession and very professional. She loves to take care of her clients minutest concern. I love you for that Janae and have been recommending you left and right to people I know looking for a home. Secondly, Harlan of Pacific Evergreen Homes. Looking at the house, am so pleased with the design and how it's being built . Quality all around and most of all Harlan is so easy to talk to and is quick to respond to any issues and concerns about the building. I will not hesitate to recommend Pacific Evergreen Homes to anyone looking. to buy or build a quality home.Can't say enough about my experience hiring Pacific Evergreen to build my house. Am just a very and happy and satisfied customer.

    I met with this builder in person to view the finish work on their homes in the Brittany Meadows construction are in Tigard, OR. The owner of the company and realtor quoted us a listing price on a specific lot we discussed. We drew up an offer with a list of addendums which were necessary as the standard finish work and material quality is pretty bad. They use cheap stringy rough carpet, thin carpet pad under, pergo floors, cheap appliances, bad looking siding (although a good brand), etc. The offer came back with an email reply instead of a counter or agreement that stated they were raising the price on that lot by $9,000 and deemed the reason to be, a premium lot. Obviously this garnished a bit of distrust in the authenticity of the builder, owner, realtor (all the same person) word.

    The plans that we saw also lacked much creativity and there was a lot of wasted space. Out of a book of 10 plans they described that they could only actually build us 2. I am glad that we learned what we did about this builder up front. Do not trust them, they will lie to you as well due to greed.
