I bought a home constructed by Pacific Horizon (PepperTree Ranch - Riverside). Every home in the track has had problems. Unfortunately I was not the initial purchaser. I called Mr. Klein for assistance. He questioned how I got his number and told me to fuck off. Poor workmanship and no service whatsoever. I highly caution people from buying anything David Klein has touched.

The worst home buying experience (PepperTree - Yucaipa). I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing a home associated with this “contractor”. We received a 1-year warranty after purchasing our home. Along with everyone in this small development, we have had multiple issues requiring the need to e-mail the customer care team so they can determine if our issue is valid and falls under the warranty. Everytime I have reached out to the PHB customer care team to have a warranty item addressed, I have been treated like I’m unintelligent and know absolutely nothing.
At one point I asked that someone come take a look at our sliding door because the lock was no longer latching and it was a safety concern. The sites Project Manager came over and taught me how to close a sliding door properly. I was so dumbfounded and caught off guard that after he finished his tutorial I thanked him for teaching me how to close a door and ended up calling a locksmith. Today I had the pleasure of being verbally harassed by the VP of Operations, Jacob Klein.
After repeatedly asking for help this week to address a leak in our front yard, Mr. Klein thought it a better idea to drive to my home in order to “put me in my place” because, he didn’t like how I responded to his latest mansplaining e-mail.
RUN as fast as you can in the opposite direction from this “contractor” and his team of unprofessional bullies.
