My 3 story home has a very steep pitch so it's not a simple shingling job. I picked Pacific because of excellent reviews and they bidded not the least nor the most expensive. They were very good with follow thru when during the first rain, one room had dripping, but it turned out to be condensation. Greg (owner) and his top guy were able to identify that problem and suggested buying a dehumidifier for that room. This fixed the problem; it was not a shingle installation problem.
Greg arranged for a drive thru in the Blackhawk area to help us decide which style of shingle - that was very helpful. The crew that worked on the roof were great and all work was done on time.
One minor complaint...I maintain the Asian practice of removing shoes at the front door and Greg refused to remove his shoes "I don't ask my guests to take their shoes off when they come to my house!" is what he said. He had to comply when I pointed out the dirt he was tracking on my off-white carpets.
