Do not pick these guys. They turned a two-week bathroom remodel into five weeks. Isaac, their company rep, knows absolutely nothing about construction. Will, the field supervisor, seemed only concerned about picking up his money. He showed very little interest in the project. The craftsmen were good, but they did not speak English and I could not communicate my wishes. My driveway and entry stairs are coated with construction dust. They did not come back with a power washer as promised. They can't even put the call in to have the honey bucket removed. My next project is way bigger, it will not be done by palm construction.

Lee and his crew started roof replacement soon after we signed a contract. Lee was very professional, honest and helpful. His crew kept working area clean as possible and they finished my roof quick and on time. The roof passed inspection and it looks great. I would highly recommend Palm Construction.

Liroy and his staff are very nice individuals. However, I would not recommend this company for an overall remodel. We waited 32 years to remodel our kitchen, bathroom and laundry, did tons of research had 9 contractors out and went with Palm Construction based on their ratings and the representations made on their website. Nothing represented on their webpage was done. We saw no showroom, did not receive custom cabinets as requested and indicated, the remodel was just patching and fixing what we currently had, I picked up the paint, appliances, bathtub, etc. and there was a constant bait and switch on the products promised. We did however see them regularly when they wanted checks. We paid close to $90,000 and we are having to hire others to come in and complete the projects due to a total lack of faith in their business practices. We are looking at legal action as they have also not been willing to remedy the issues. Be careful and make sure to get everything detailed as they still have refused to provide a detailed itemization of the costs for the project.

Ray was very professional and gave me most detailed answers. He and his team were also available in most acceptable time so it was easy decision to hire them. Absolutely the worst. Poured concrete over the debris from the old patio, eventhough contracted to remove. That raised the patio over a foot, making the rest of the yard undeveloped.
They concreted the patio to the fence.
Worse than amateur. Now the ground is settling, fence is separated where the ground is shifting.
Took money before even finishing the work.
Didn't waterproof the deck. Never sealed the concrete. Built faulty stairs
