First he quoted one price then brought his wife the day he was suppose to start and added 2k to the price! Saying that it was more difficult than he initially thought. They installed a steam shower and during final inspection it failed and he didn’t want to fix the issue. He wouldn’t return my calls - I had to report him to WSSC then he came and fixed it and then demanded I pay the balance of $900.00 even though I already paid $11,100.00!!!! I told him I will pay once the final inspection and his wife got upset! They are very unprofessional and money hungry. They wanted to charge extra to just caulk around the tub they installed! I will never use them again!
