  Horrible experience he has no business building anything I bought a house from him last July of 2017 I have a basement that leaks water like crazy he keeps saying he’s gona fix the problem but here we are in March and still no sal lol he’s a real piece of work let me tell you I worked on many basements in my life but this house takes the cake walls leaking tile in bath never got rubbed out so grout looks like shit grout came out all around the tub sump pump took a shit last week so basement was flooded still no sal to anyone who is thinking of buying a new house don’t buy one of these it’s the ultimate headache

  Crooked Builder - Stay away from Eagle Homes & Sal!!

  Sal Pansera & Eagle Homes is a scam! He works in conjunction with Kristin Motoyka (Keller Williams of Lakeside). Sal & Kristin actually tried to talk us into buying a lot with cash and then signing it over to him through a quick claim deed so he could start to build. What kind of idiot do they think they're dealing with. Sal will not make good on his signed legal contract and is avoiding fully returning funds owed. Kristin would not show preexisting homes as our signed agreement listing agent and kept pushing lots for Sal to build on when asked to stop and show homes instead she suddenly became too busy to show. He tries to make up pricing after the fact and then holds funds for his made up, after the fact fees even though they are not listed in the signed legal agreement ahead of time. Says to send info. to his lawyer that they will be expecting it and then won't accept court papers. What a crook!! Stay away unless you like thieves who steel from you!!! Also, look out for his changing of blue prints. Unless you are constantly reviewing every detail of the plan, he'll make changes such as lowering ceilings, removing full baths and replacing with 1/2 baths instead, etc. Anything he can to cut corners and save a buck in his pocket. You can run, but you can't hide, Sal. You've been to court before for making bad on your builds and you will soon be there again. You can't keep ripping people off and think you'll get away with it.
