Started out well but mistakes were made. Fireplace stone fell off the wall because wrong adhesive was used, French doors are uneven thus they don't close properly and they swing open, sewer line installed and soil was not compacted so the artificial grass sunk, cut off irrigation to other portions of the yard and never fixed. These are only some of the items. Addition small items went unfixed and PAR refused to complete the check list items at the end of the job and threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay the small amount due after the checklist items were completed. Apparent responsible person became a problem person. We don't recommend.
