We have had Paradise Pools servicing our pool for 6 months. The first month he seemed to be doing okay. After that the only service we received was to stop by every 4-6 weeks and throw a couple of chem tabs into the dispenser. Nothing else.
He had been asked to replace the filter on multiple occasions. Finally after several requests this is suppose to get done next week. After having another pool service check out the system, at their recommendation, we disconnected the bottom skimmer, as filter was so plugged up it was only pulling 8 lbs of pressure and skimmer as not operating properly.
If he had not already been paid to replace the filter, we would have someone else do it. Do not feel that we can trust him to do what he is suppose to do.
Would NOT recommend this pool service to anyone, as it is a rip off. For the 5 minutes that he spends putting the chemical tablets in the disperser every 4-6 weeks (we're usually out before he gets back), we can do ourselves and save $100 a month.
Very unprofessional, uncaring and does a little as possible to skate by. Don't know what else I could say to tell anyone how disappointed we are in this person and their service.
