We bought a home in December of 2018 that was constructed by Parkside Homes. In the 2 years since, we have had leaks from the roof coming in through the ceiling in the master bathroom, master bedroom, guest bedroom, guest bathroom. We experienced a leak from the balcony off the master bedroom into the living room below. We experienced a roof leak that somehow made its way through the second floor and then stretched across a 15 foot section of the ceiling in the ground floor living room. The balcony leak caused water damage to the wood flooring, which had to be replaced. There is water damage on the underside of the balcony (the roof of the patio) and that was caused by incorrect sealant of the drain pan under the balcony floor. When that was getting repaired, we were informed there's no proper support or sealing for the siding glass windows that leads to the balcony. We had someone out to look at the scuppers, thinking there might be an issue there, and the man who looked at the siding at the same time took pictures because he had never seen siding installed that way. We had to get the roof resealed, and everyone who came over to look at it and provide an estimate made many comments on the unusual choices made by the previous workers. We are now experiencing more water damage to the the wood planks that were previously replaced.
