He was missing so many elements the town returned the paperwork as rejected. We now have to start the whole process over. We sent him money by Venmo for town fees and that was never passed on to town. He has repeatedly lied to us about securing the permit. For 8 months. This is not a good person. Save yourself aggravation- find someone else.
