leaves inexperienced laborers to do skilled work needless to say I am asking for a portion of my money back due to shotty workmanship, they just couldn't get it right, keep an eye out for my youtube video that shows the bad work they did, I am going to the CT dept of consumer protection to report him

I found Paulo thru home advisor, we needed our room redone. Every thing went well. We decided to hire him again and my husband and I loved the way family room came out. The problem started with our bedroom closet, and he said his people were bored, and kept telling us let’s make a deal. Let’s do it, so he had some of his people here, than it came down to two people. No communication with Paulo, reminding his the owner of the company. The walk in closet came out really nice, except he was not following the contract. He was supposed to fix the top of the ceiling. One guy kept complaining that our house was only a part time job for him and Paulo. They didn’t know how to install a backsplash in our small bathroom. Lucas said they were doing it wrong. We realize that the heat was not working in our family room. My husband said they got away with cementing our thermostat in the family room. The story goes on and on. Oh and the owner talks back to his customers really Nasty. Never, Never Again.
