Do not use this builder unless you want faulty labor. The subcontractors are never supervised. The owners will not return calls. The punch list items are not fixed. I would not recommend this builder for any projects much less building a house. Footers are not used so expect lots of settling and cracking of your home.

First of all, Steve Coker (owner) was very hard to work with. We requested several things, willing to pay more for, and he just refused (two examples: tankless water heater, large closet in bedroom as a safe closet as it showed in blue prints that we paid for and had included). To top it off, six years after we close, we found out he built our house on TWO lots and we paid for the lot we chose. The other lot has now sold and it shows we are encroaching on their new property. Not just our yard—but part of our house, too. Do not use Steve Coker. He was under Patriot Homes in 2018 when we used him—not sure about now. Steve Coker. Do not use this builder.
