PS
Paul Stuart Sanburn
Sole Owner
Had a small flat roof that i contracted to Mt.Sanburn. It should have taken no longer than 2 days to complete. A week later I called him to notify him that the tarp he put on the roof had blown off.
(He placed a tarp on the roof because he said he had an emergency at another job)
We received some water damage from some rain we had, and it caused $3,400 in damages to the drywall and insulation!
He so graciously offered to dry out the premises free of charge............ Just about 6 months later our secretary notified me there appeared to be mold on the window sills in the office. When contacted Mr.Sanburn assured me that it was NOT due to the water we had come inside from the tarp incident.
I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with the quality of work that was performed, he would not abate the mold and it costed me $3,400 to have the damages repaired by someone who actually knew what they were doing.
