Worst experience of our life!!!
Paul was the selling agent on a house we were interested in. We saw the place come on the market Friday night, shortly after being listed, and were the 1st people to see the house Saturday morning when the open house started - Paul even video chatted us to show it, and immediately expressed our interest in making an offer. We talked with our agent, and were told that best offers should be submitted (this was told to our agent by Paul), and all would be reviewed at 5pm the following day (that Sunday). That same night we noticed the status had changed to under contract- without even a notice they accepted another offer. When we reached out to Paul he was unresponsive, and told us he couldn’t explain because we had a buying agent (which is entirely unrelated). Word of advice - stay away; this guy has zero integrity, and makes up false details like can’t talk to us because we have an agent.
