Paul Prest is dishonest. Paul is the absolute worst kind of hack contractor. Paul will build a wall out of scrap pieces of wood that I would not even build a dog house with and then cover it up with "beautiful" finish work only to have it all fall apart 3-5 years later when it no longer legally matters. He has been known to commit insurance fraud and also "tries" to be a plumber but causes more damage than he is trying to fix. He took 30k from a old elderly woman to "repair" her bathroom.....3 years later her bathroom needs to be torn out and all floor subframe and flooring need to be torn down due to water damage...When notified, Paul did not respond. The damage is going to cost her 50k that this 80 yr old woman does not have. Paul moved 1 month after completing her bathroom work and now pretends like he never met her. He is a fraud a thief and a liar .
