This contractor abandoned my house after just taking my money. He damaged the house more than fixing it. Currently in the process of taking legal action. Tried for the last 60 days to resolve this but does not have the cash flow to finish the project. Took the money for all supplies as well and has brought supplies as he could afford to buy them. Please be careful. We are at least fortunate to get ourselves out of this mess, but most people would not be. The owner and one crew and a helper being paid less than minimum wage that will not only ruin your house but your HOME. Have every documentation to back this even all copies of payments including the one that specifies for SUPPLIES.
