8/29/2023 DO NOT get involved with Dave Bush as your home contractor. In 2018 we contracted with Dave Bush to build our home. Unfortunately for us it was the worst mistake of our lives! The roof leaked from the day it was installed. Every time it rained we had water running down the interior walls onto the flooring. Dave was well aware of this as he was the one who initially found the water in the house during the build and notified us. He never fixed the leak and it cost us another new roof to repair the damage. Our HVAC system was put in backwards: the return vents actually supplied the air and the supply vents returned the air, our gas lines were never grounded therefore with any electrical storm we were in danger of a gas explosion, doors never closed properly or latched, pocket doors would not stay closed, improper grading of our yard with water pooling, sinks had water leaking into the cabinet below them, cold water handles had hot water coming out and hot water handles had cold water coming out. The list continues. We have an independent inspector report that details all the mistakes made in this house that I would be happy to share with you. Be aware it is 143 pages long!!! We also have multiple videos and pictures that we are willing to share. In April of 2022, we finally went to arbitration with Dave as per his own contract. We prevailed and were awarded a sum of money. To date Dave has never paid us, says he will not pay us as he has no money, although he has either built or remodeled at least 11 homes since he built our home. We had to hire a lawyer to get a court judgement against him, and almost a month has gone, and he still has not signed it. He chooses not to honor his own contract which has his signature on it! What kind of a man is he??? This is definitely not a man of God as he tries to portray himself! One day justice will come and find you Dave Bush and we’ll be right there in your memory to remind you.
