  I wish I could give zero stars!!! They did my mother's roof about 5 years ago. They were quite literally the worst roofing contractor I've ever dealt with. They came and tore off the old roof and papered her home (which they didn't do correctly i.e. no ice and water shield) then they left. They did not show up again for over a month. When they finally came back after being called almost daily they wanted the other half of the money before starting the shingles! Their reasoning was because they had to replace some of the boards on the roof deck. THEY ALREADY PAPERED so I knew they weren't going to be replacing any boards that day. The owner even sent me pictures of the boards he claimed he needed to replace, and they were the original boards!!

  The owner Bowman Willets was very disrespectful and unprofessional. To the point that he was threatening me over the phone for the rest of the money. I couldn't say enough bad things about theses guys.

  For perspective I've worked in construction for 10 plus years, and most recently in my career as a project manager for a large scale roofing company. I'm telling you.....do not let these guys do your roof.

  Don't even get me started about their quality. I just fixed all the problems they created through improper installation myself, because I just wanted these guys off my mother's property and out of our hair.

  If you're reading this, please hire a reputable company, and save yourself the headache.

  I would give zero stars if I could. He asked for money up front, which should have been our first sign to run away. This contractor appears very professional with his proposal just like with the other reviewer said. He is definitely very untrustworthy. He would show up to work sporadically and only for a few hours and never completed our job. 100% would not recommend! Plenty of licensed professionals in the area to choose from.

  Re-roofing of flat roof

  $50,000

  This contractor took on more than he knew how to do properly. His proposal was very professional, and it surely fooled us. Our flat roof continues to leak 5 years after the totally new roof was installed by them. No warranty was filed with the manufacturer as was specified in our contract, and we paid for. He is very untrustworthy.
